Mend Baxi 3pfl 40 Solo Pump

Baxi solo 3pfl 40 pump problems?

Hi , I have a Baxi solo 3pfl 40 where the pump runs all the time .
If the system is turned off at the mains the pump stops,but turning the timer off stops the boiler but not the pump.
I have been told the pcb is faulty any ideas?
