SPEEDO CABLE HAS COME OUT,HOW DO I REPLACE?

You havent mentioned the type of car, but most cars have a cable from the gearbox final drive to a speedo on the dash. The connection to the gearbox will probably be a threaded device, the connection under the dash, a plastic clip of some type. This may be broken, or simply been pulled out while working on something unrelated, you need to check both ends.
