Hi. There appears to be no power getting to the appliance. Checked cable, socket fuse etc. Used a multitester to check if power getting past the cylindrical thing at the point where the power cable comes into the appliance housing. Nothing registered. What is the cylindrical thing? If it is this that is faulty then do you have a part no please.
