with the screen up turn it over on the back at the top on either side remove the 2 rubber bungs covering 2 torx screw no 6 i think remove the screws then turn the phone onto the front at the bottom on the front at the bottom of the buttons you need to remove the the piece of plastic its only stuck with sticky tape as there are 2 sreews under the plastic that you need to removethen the front cover comes off and you will be able to change the sceen
