Mend Esteem 3000 Cooker Much Heat

My Esteem 3000 Gas Cooker is giving out to much heat?

Whether I put the Esteem 3000 Gas Oven on number 1 or number 8, they are still throwing out the same heat and burning everything. Is there something I can get to regulate the heat setting again?

It sounds like the thermostat has given up in your cooker - this is the device that senses the oven temperature and adjusts the gas flow accordingly. Its a job for a gas qualified person, I'm afraid.
