I have no idea what you mean by: "HOW CAN I UNLOCK MY DIAL CODE".
However I am guessing (by the model Number) that you have a Panasonic phone? If that is the case, I suggest that you downoad a manual from www.panasonic.com.
If that is not the case try a new question with a hint as to who the maker is and a more detailed question.
