We have recently brought a Bosch 1200 Adavantage XL washing machine 2nd hand and it has broken down with water in it. The machine won't spin and a message comes up on display F04............Help
sounds like it's the transmission coupling. this is a little plastic/rubber gear the goes between the transmission and the motor that drains the water out. hope this helps.
