Drinking water line from pump at rear of machine to the front underside panel is blocked. Tried pushing wire down inside pipe but is coming against something solid in line.I have the line split at the front and rear of machine. Is there a join somwhere along this pipe from front to back which might be my problem or could this line be frozen and the problem a buildup of ice? The rest of the line is clear and pump is ok just cant get to or see the remaining length of pipe
its probaly your water bottle that has frozen up, common fault..you can heat water bottle up with hair dryer and water will work for a while, but to cure fault you will need rs21 repair kit ...wwwatsscotland.co.uk stock them and are very helpfull if you want to call and ask for advice

the side by side american style fridge freezers on older models had a problem with icing up fans etc, samsung have extended the parts and labour warrantee on these to five years have you tried phoning them up
