HOW DO YOU CLEAN INK JETS?

HAVE NEW EPSON XS600FW PRINTER/SCANNER WHICH IS REFUSING TO RECOGNISE BLUE AND SOMETIMES YELLOW INKS. WILL PRINT IN BLACK. HAVE CLEANED HEAD LOTS OF TIMES - STILL WONT PRINT PROPERLY.
