My Nokia phone keeps turning off ?

My mobile is automatically turn off. My mobile battery is full charges.

My nokia mobile model is E62 . My battery is full. My phone is problem out going and incoming call but i talk 1minutes. After my phone is turn off. This is automatically turn off.

I am having the same problem, but its not the batteries. My Brother also had this problem and he suggested updating the software. Once when it happened to me before, i also tried taking out my memory card, and that seemed to cure it. But it hasn't this time. Hope that might possibly have helped someone.

put a tiny bit of cardboard to push battery extra tight to the contacts common problem in nokias when older
