My Zanussi Jetsystem 1400 7kg does not fill and the drum does not turn apart from with hand. Found this model does not have carbon brushes, what do I do?
you have a wiring fault to motor inverter or faulty main pcb or faulty inverter.all expensive parts.you need a specialist engineer for these machines as most people won't be willing to purchase boards for fear of getting the wrong one.might be worth going to zanussi direct although be willing to spend £200 when he turns up!
