14.4v Bosch drill /driver battery recharge?

One of my Batteries recharges OK but the other will not. How can I fix it?

if you look on ebay there's a booklet you can get explaining how to recharge your old batteries so they work as good as new

if a battery will not charge its had it you need a new one, unless they are the new l ion ones they need to be completly flattened before you recharge
