sach dolmar 100 wont start also choke smbols worn off button so wits coke p?

i have a sach dolmar 100 chain saw wich won,t start it nearly does but not quite also choke switch symbols have worn of so not sure what postion it should be in to start it

the position of the power switch wich is located near the crank must be up and choke the other side is on to the up position too.
