My Samsung LN52A750 LCD Refuses to power on?

How do I fix the sudden problem on my Samsung LCD TV (LN52A750). I have owned it for just a year (June 2008). Then suddenly when I switch it on it keeps clicking away attempting to start but cannot.

I just had the same issue with this model and since it was still under warranty someone came to repaire it.
That person told me that the issue was related to the main board and they had to replace it. This kind of procedure can cost up to 500$.
