52 inch philips projection TV?

52" philips TV, the screen is out of focus and lines on the screen, mostly red lines. I try to adjust the red blue and green bulbs from the back of the TV, it works but not a clear pic.and I have to play with it every time I turn the tv on other wis pic don't come.
