Mend Cannon Chester Replacement Gas Cooker Broken

Broken top on cannon chester?

The glass lid on my cannon chester has broken and needs replacing. As a result, I am unable to use the bottom oven as the control is locked off. I take it this is a safety procedure. Are they easy enough to replace by myself or do I need the assistance of a cannon engineer
