bell mfg belgium telephone?

i have a bakerlight and metal case telephone just brought from e bay ( bonzo i hear you say ) i have a dial tone and ringing and incoming speech but no outgoing speech assume it has been converted (seller said it was working ok ) does anyone have one of these that they could take the base plate off and give me the wiring details these are numbered

It is unlikely to be a wiring fault if the other things work. Most likely the microphone. Take the mike out of the handset and tap it a few times. Then ensure that the contacts are making correctly with your reinstall it.

(There isn't any conversion to be done with speech.)

BTW, it may not be legal to connect it to BT's network.
