on many cars today the pump is integral with the bottle, find the washer bottle filler this will tell you which side of the car you have got to work on the reservoir is usually hid up a wheel arc sometimes have to remove road wheel for better access.remove the inner wing splash guard to expose the bottle,if 2 pumps fitted need to find which pump serves the front/back remove a set of wires and operate both front/back pumps. if nothing happen you have removed the wires from the GOOD ONE replace the wires then change other pump i ,d put a bowl under the washer bottle to catch the fluid, gently twist the old pump out.
gently insert the new pump in position( a bit of washing up liquid on the rubber makes it slip then refit the other removed bits, refill the bottle and try pump.
