1.6 amp fuse blowing- john?

veritas 8 system- the 1.6amp volume fuse keeps blowing

please help,

Only one 1.6A fuse in the veritas 8 panel and it's for the power supply.

If this fuse keeps blowing it could mean you have a faulty circuit board.
