thankyou johnny hotpoint for your reply,but the noise starts at the begining when you switch the machine on and the water starts and the drum isnt moving?then when emptying as well as other times.

it could be your bearings or maybe something trapped inside try it on spin cycle only if it very loud look to your bearings
