Mend Dishwasher Repair Water

How can I fix my dishwasher?

I have the portable model of this model. I no longer hear water filling the dishwasher and when I open the door there is very little water inside. We have replaced the aerator that fits on the sink. Any idea why the dishwasher wouldn't be filling?
