Get a spoke key from a cycle shop - one of the sizes will fit the nipple which tightens the spoke, just next to where the rim meets the spoke. mark with chalk on tyre where it moves out to its furthest point. Tighten the spokes which attach to the hub on the opposite side to pull the wheel over. Do this bit by bit and most at the point where the wheel is most buckled and less to each spokes at either side. Wheel will slowly start running true - only do it half a turn at a time and check. When the wheel is straight, check all spoke tensions on both sides and if any are loose, tigthen up to similar tension of the others and check again. Good luck, not too hard with a little practice..
