How to fix LG front loading washer?

Getting the ie error message mid cycle. Machine stops completely. We have cleaned the water inlet filters and the drain filter (although we found nothing). Water flow to house is fine. Faucets turned wide open. I turn machine off and change cycle to rinse and spin so I can get the water out and that works fine. I did a tub clean, still get the ie. Any ideas? Machine is less than 2 years old.
