i have a miele g638 plus it will not fill up with water?

the inlet drain light is flahing and the dishwasher pumps out water but will not fill how do you reset the water trip on the base of the dishwasher

Thanks for your tip re Miele 638 not filling with water.
Surely solved our problem as well. There was a split in the supply hose, and it was dripping down inside the supply ducting from the 2 supply solenoid valves under the sink, therefore slowly filling the water catch tray with water. I replaced the hose, cleared the water and dried the area - AND BINGO, have thrown that washing up brush away. Thanks

Short answer...you don't.
If you have water on the base plate you can verify by tipping the machine forward at an angle. Any water on the base plate will run out & the machine will reset itself. But this doesn't solve the primary fault...there is a leakage & this problem needs to be resolved.
