How can i fix my MUVO TXFM 1MB?

I can open my player but it never play it just stock up in recording and once i try to press any button of player it is automatically turn off.pls. tell what can i do.

try these firmware upgrades for your player. i have a zen nano plus. these upgrades come from the creative customer service department. good luck.

These troubleshooting steps apply to the Muvo Micro N200 - Muvo V200 -
Muvo TX FM ? Zen Nano Plus

You will lose all content in your player when you install the firmware.
Back up any audio or data files in your player to your computer before
upgrading the firmware.
Download the newest Firmware for your player here and save it on your PC
in the location you will easily find it ( e.g. Desktop) The below
updates will work for Windows ME, 2000 and XP.

To install this firmware upgrade, do the following:
- Connect your player to your computer.
- Double-click the firmware upgrade file.
- When prompted to set your player in Recovery mode, disconnect your
player from your computer.
- Press and hold the Play button while connecting your player to your
computer's USB port.
- Continue to hold the Play button for about 10 seconds after
connecting your player to your computer.
- Release the Play button when the "Find New Hardware" dialog box
appears on the computer screen.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to install recovery drivers for
your player.
- Double-click the firmware upgrade file and follow the instructions on
the screen. Ensure to select the "Format Data Area" option within the
Update.
