Can I get at the fan heating element from inside my Tecnik tkc1285 oven? ?

How do I get at the fan heating element off my Tecnik tkc 1285 cooker to replace it? Do I have to take the back off the whole cooker? Please help

Hi,
I had to replace the fan element a while back and unfortunately had to remove the back of the cooker. You cant get at the fan element from inside the oven.
If you have a go at it be very careful that the insulation inside the back of the cooker doesnt make contact with any of the wires.
