Veritas 5va does not receive the code and remains in unset position only. Before that it was an excelent alarm. Why is that ?

turn the power off on the main box should be a big box saying insist on 5va take the battery out turn the power off count to five put the power back on and plug the battery back in and see if any diffrent if not check wires in keypad
