we have a bosch WFF2001 washing machine and although we use calgon water softener and fabric softener the clothes feel hard when dry, particularily the towels. Any ideas please?
to much soap powder/liquid.put the clothes that feel hard in some warm water and hand wash.If soap foam starts to appear you will know that the powder isn't rinsing out during the cycle.
