my kemoore portable dishwasher (ultra wash) won't work ?

i thought someone had stopped the dishwasher in the middle of the cycle. since there was water in the bottom, but when I went to start an new load there was no activity on the conrtol panel I checked the plug and there was power to the plug. I pressed the buttons to see if anything would happen but nope
