i live in a new block of flats on the top floor. everytime someone uses water on the floors below a high pitch noise comes from the stopcock cupboard, what can it be and how to fix please
could be the washer in the stop tap or in a ballvalve some where if you have a noreturn valve fitted (possable in flats) could need changing, you say new flat so get the builders to check it out, if not a plumber.
