After having removed 10 retaining screws and all the peripherals e.g. suction hoses, beater and beater belt, how do I seperate the top and bottom halves of the casing to gain access to the motor?
Also had this problem! prise out the yellow "hub cap" on the wheel -then the yellow retainer inside it, pull or prise off the wheel and this reveals the last screws, then all will come apart.
