my baumatic bdw13 dishwasher comes on starts the wash cycle but half way through continueously beeps and code e3 is visible on the little window ,appart from the obvious of cleaning the filters any out there able to help?
From experience E3 can also indicate a problem with the main pump. Mine would start cycle fill etc but them just stop and "buzz". Traced the fault to the flap on the 1/2 load solenoid on the main pump that had come off and was jamming the pump. Managed to remove the solenoid and get the flap out. Never used 1/2 load anyway!

E3 means it is not heating the water. Either the element, temperature thermostat or wiring problem. Call a service company.
