I can think of two things. 1) make sure the seal and cover on the waste water dispenser is tight. Just found cover was not on tight and working great. 2) the brushes are driven by vacuum. This is why 1) worked for me. If this is not it, it's possible that the turbine, part 43191008 is failing.
