It is a fault condition which comes up if the controller or the motor is drawing too much current. The fault will almost certainly be either the motor is faulty or the main controller is faulty. You obviously don't want to buy both parts (not for an 18 - 20 year old machine) The way to go would be to beg,borrow or steal another motor from somewhere. Plug it in to the control box harness. You don't have to instal the motor, just sit it on the ground at back of machine. Press start & see if motor runs without the error. If ok then instal the motor. If fault still comes up you will need to obtain & instal a new control box. That long box on right of the bottom tray.
