Drain the boiler, remove the four pump head screws, clean rim and replace with new pump. Check the expansion vessel and prv while you have the chance.

If its the conventiional water pump, with a chrome central screw....undo this screw (prepare for water dribble). Underneath that you'll see another screw which is the pump impeller. Turn this one and see if the pump starts up.
