Miele dishwasher intake/drain error?

Do you get water in to the unit ? 30 seconds
If you do it is draining ? 30 seconds
MUST SHUT OFF THE WATER VALVE & DISCONNECT THE POWER TO THE UNIT
Before you go any further, check the water inlet filter (right at the water connection to the valve).
After you cleaned the filter. Check water valve has to be open.
This will be the most you can do.
You can also contact the factory in New Jersey / the 800 number.
They will guide you & advise you.
If it is in need of computerized diagnose.....
You can also ask them for part & order from them...
