Can't remember exactly how sony ericsson phones menu is set up but take the SIM out to reboot it, go into network selection (usually under settings>phone settings but might be under connectivity on a SE) then change from automatic to manual. It will find all the networks available in the area. Select any different network and it will tell you it's not allowed. Do the same and select the network you should be on.
