My Wife inadvertantly loaded a CD without checking to see if a CD was already in the drive of our Peugeot 1007 CD player, this player has no tray, you just shove the CD into the "letterbox". as a result the player ceased working and would not eject either of the two CD's inserted.
I took a 5cm wide DIY scraper (new & shiny), stuck a strip of Duck double sided tape across the end about 5cm x 15mmwide and gently inserted it into the slot in order to obtain adhesion on to the upper CD.
It separated the upper & lower CD's so that the lower CD immediately started to play but still would not eject the upper one.
Repeated the operation with the now "free" upper CD and and hey presto out it came after operating the eject button. The lower Cd now followed and both were re-inserted (one at a time) and are now working perfectly.
This saved a visit to my Peugeot Dealer and possibly an expense I can ill afford as an 80 year old Pensioner.
