Mend John Deere JX75 Lawn Mower Drive Belt

How do I access the drive belt replacement John Deere JX75 ?

I removed the blade to access drive belt revealing a center allen bolt. The belt can't be accessed unless ther bearing housing is removed, but when the allen turns, so does the entire propellor shaft. Is an impact wrench necessary to remove bolt, or is there a JD key that holds the shaft while the bolt is loosened?
