CANT FIT REPLACEMENT HANDLE?

THE INNER HANDLE FLAP BROKE OFF (PINS ON SIDE SNAPPED) - WE BOUGHT REPLACEMENT PART BUT CAN'T FOR LIFE OF US FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIT IT - IT'S A CONUNDRUM :)

As is the make and model - unless "Conundrum" is the brand name.

It's very probably the handle to open the drop down door that you speak of - I would assume you need to remove the face of the top front panel where the controls are and fit the handle assembly from behind.
