wash cycle runs for to long, diplomat DW mod8242?

Hi to all, can someone tell me if this is right, i just pick up a secondhand diplomat dw, type 12043 Mod ADP 8242. Anyway i set the dw to do a strong wash cycle and it seems to me that is takeing to long infact nealy 3hrs. In the end i just turned it off...... can someone help. regards rob

hi rob you where right to un plug the mc second hand mcs come with 6months waranty take it back and get them to fix it just for you to know its a circute board fault most common on washing mcs and dishwashers dont tell them it should cost 35pounds for a service and new board any more than that get your money back
