Can anyone offer advice - my hotpoint washer dryer bwd129 will wash until the drain cycle and then it just sticks. I currently have a machine filled with water and clothes.
need to check nothing is blocked i had same prob took hotpoint back panal off then drain hoses cleaned it out found metal strap from bra it was blocking the open and close valve you can feel it when checking after you take hose off went fine after that
