Mend Matag LATZ500AAE Change Model Bottom

How can change my stem and seal on my matag performa model LATZ500AAE?

My matag is leaking water from the bottom of the drum, I was told it was the stem and seal. If I go that far to change the drum bearing. My question is how do I change them. I can't get the drum off.
