Mend Rangemaster 90 Turn Oven Operate

RANGEMASTER 90?

When I turn on the ovenknob the oven won't operate.
The large hob has a continious spark to it while the knob is turned. I can light the oven manually but the flame is not right blue toward the outside and white/orange toward the centre of the flame?
Can anyone help please?
