beko wma 642 w start button won't press?

the start button on my beko washing machine wma 642 w won't start the load all the lights a are working

spin button wont go off, the water will come in but for only 10 sec's. to fill the washer drum you have to keep turning the machine off and on to get more water, then it wont do anything else, not wash,spin or drain, only way to drain the water out is to undo the filter!....

Press and hold the start button in for 5 seconds.if it starts up ignore it and let it reset the machine for you.takes about 2 mins.once ready light and door lock clicks set new program and retry
