Peugeot 307 Hdi won't start?

Yesterday when I tried to start my car, the engine didn't even turn, it was stone dead. I replaced the battery this morning with a new one, now the engine turns, but it still won't start. The econony mode is on, I can not even central lock the car, any advise?
