Door catch for Ariston Margherita 2000 AWD12 Advantage?

How do I replace the door catch on an Ariston Margherita 2000 AWD12 Advantage washer dryer. the handle is floppy and will not open. there is no water in the machine.
I have switched off and on machine. I have cleared filter. Still door wont open
