VAILLANT TURBOMAX BOILER BROKEN FILLING VALVES?

Hi,

I have a flat I let out and the tenants have managed to sheer off the head of the filling valves with a screwdriver.

Any suggestions would be greatly received as the pressure is at zero and I need to re fill it!

drain down boiler and replacement tap(s) required new one(s) are needed to allow more water into the system.

if the filler loop is REMOVED tenants have no reason to mess with the taps
