INSTALLED NEW VOKERA 29E BOILER TODAY AND A LOUD BANG COMES EVERYTIME THE GAS IGNITES. CAN ANYONE ADVISE ME ON THIS. INSTALLER SAID IT MAYBE THE INNER CASING WAS A BIT LOOSE?????
tell the installer to come back and fix it then, if the casing is loose you may leak fumes, and it's the installers responsibility to ensure the boiler is working correctly. i'd suspect that the spark gap needs checked / adjusted and also the ignition pressure
