Mend Main Combi 24 HE Boiler Pressure Flame Failure

how do i put pressure into my main combi 24 he boiler. Do i need any tools?

my boiler (main combi 24 he) as been working fine for 3 yrs, recently the flame failure light has appeared flashing red, although some days its ok, i also noticed the boiler has leaked very slightly, and the pressure bar gauge is nearly on o.o. Please help

there must be filling loop under boiler or in under units , it look like silver flex pipe with knob on one side or both side. open and fill pressure to 1.5 bar than close it.

Please note the pressure was only lost due to i accidenty released the pressure, by turning the red bar button with the (3) on it.
